I had it for a while before I tried it because I could not figure out exactly how to get into it, but there is a video for everything on YouTube. :-) The first couple of times I wore it, it was not comfortable. It did not see to fit right, but I kept trying. After a week, I noticed it was more comfortable, but it did not sit right on my back. it was too high -- or at least I thought so compared to the photos. But I kept trying. Sometime during week 3 I noticed that it was easier to get on, and more comfortable to wear, AND it was sitting more appropriately on my back. I think it just took some time to stretch my muscles to allow a good fit.Now it fits well, and I do sit up straighter. I am not sure it is helping with pain much, but it helps with posture, and I have much fewer headaches. I recommend!The only problem I have is that my FSA dollars will not pay for it. They will pay for similar products, but not this one. ### ⭐ Didn't Do Anything For Me *by M***S on August 27, 2020* I bought this because I've been dealing with chronic neck problems for a few months. I was told by the chiropractor that it mostly was a result from having poor posture- carrying a ridiculously heavy backpack for college takes it toll, and so does sitting hunched over on a stool for 5-10 hours working in an art studio to complete projects. So after a few chiropractor visits with only temporary results each time I figured I'd try to get to the root of my problem and get something to correct my posture. I looked at dozens upon dozens of listings and finally settled on this one, and I was really excited to try it. However, I got it, tried it on, and it just feels like I'm wearing a backpack strap. No strength, no hint at making me sit differently. It's just there, not doing anything. Perhaps some of it is that I'm a really tiny, skinny person. Maybe if I had more weight, I could make it tighter on me and feel more of an effect. But alas I tried it on once and that was it for me. Unfortunately I got caught up with work and school and so it sat in my closet past the return deadline. Maybe a few years from now I will try it again and get my money's worth out of it :) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good Reminder. Comfortable. Still Slump *by B***R on July 24, 2019* This product does a good job of holding my shoulders back and it is fairly comfortable fabric wise. It was uncomfortable the first couple of days (20 min each), but was easy to get used to. I'm not sure it is the right fit for me though. I am 5'2 and a small frame so I'm not sure it's doing everything it is supposed to. I posted pictures. It still allows me to slump over my computer desk into bad posture.
