**Q: So I normally wear xl on gildan brand long sleeves would you recommend a size up or down on this style of shirt**
A: When I bought mine I bought larger, not wanting a tight fit.
But, I wish I would have not sized up because it runs " roomy"
I AM Still wearing it.
 But, if I buy again, I will NOT size up, for me. 
Great quality.

**Q: Does the material of these shirts hold in odor?**
A: I wear these shirts for exercise only and hang them over a rod to dry after use.Depending on the length of the runs and the heat I  change them after about a week 
 ir kess of ware.  That seems to hold down the smell to a slight sweaty smell at the end of the run. The sweat theen evaporates leaving very little smell

**Q: where are these made?**
A: 100 % polyester..

**Q: Do these shirts offer any spf protection?**
A: They should I wear them because I had some skin cancers.
