The wheels are made from good quality material and super silent on smooth surfaces. On rough surfaces however expect a lot of clatter and instability. The guide wheels turn smoothly and fast (too fast if you are not paying attention). Recommended buy for domestic/small industrial use. The handle closure is the only annoying part and is very cumbersome. Packaging is simple-a big box with a small bag containing all the nuts and bolts.
