Review: I guess they listened to the complaints about the packaging mine came very well packed both spark plugs were in a perfect fitted zip bag also gapped perfect. The plugs were only 3 years old on my LP gas 22kw generator the manual calls for replacement at 4 years they need to be changed. it took me about 30 minutes to do the whole process. The spark plug in the back of machine is difficult to reach I have a flex socket wrench which helped a lot. I used a high quality Amsoil oil made for Briggs and Stratton engines. This is the 3rd oil change on the generator and the oil comes out a little milk color like it has been mixed with water. The generator is on a concrete pad and there is gutters over it so it does not get anything other than rain on it. anyone got any ideas as to why? GREAT PRODUCT GRAT PRICE, my guy charged me 275$ to come out and do the first oil change. Takes 1.9 quarts of oil, so if you have 2 quarts and use all but 3.2 ounces you did it right!!! UPDATE I just got a check Battery Code so while I had the cover opened I decided to change the oil and filter based on the milky oil as stated above.. the High quality oil came out with almost no water in it at all. So change your oil every couple a months to get the water out THEN you can consider following the once a year oil change. Review: This maint. kit was correct for the 20kw generator. With so many free YouTube videos online that walk you step by step through the maintenance, I don't know why everyone wouldn't buy this set and save a ton of money. I did buy the oil and a new battery locally as I did a major maintenance job, not just the annual maintenance.
