Thanks** A: the only information I've ever been able to garner on the ratio is from the label, where is just states that there are more 6 than 3. this could be as low as 2:1 by that statement, so I don't know for sure. I'd love to find something like this in veggie caps to avoid common contaminants in gelatin. **Q: Does coconut oil fall under the PEO domain as an essential oil** A: As far as I understand, PEOs are linoleic and alphalinoleic acids. They are called essetial because the body need them can't produce them. Coconut oil is basically lauric acid in triglyceride form. One of the first things I noticed was my hair. My hair is normally brittle and thin and the first thing that happened is that it became hydrated and healthier. The next thing is elasticity in your skin - especially your face. I’m 50 and so at this age things are changing. One of the first things that the supplement does is clear up your complexion and adds hydration. If you start this regimen, take a picture of your skin before, and three months after… I found my face to be much more hydrated and even toned where ii was very dry before. I can definitely tell the difference when I get off of the supplements for several weeks when I run out and then I get back on. The other thing I noticed was my heels which are usually cracked and dry started to hydrate on their own.***Lastly - and probably one of the biggest things***. I suffer from spinal stenosis and sometimes feel inflamed pain in my lower back and in my joints. The inflammation went away. I’m not a medical doctor and cannot provide medical advice but at least for me, I would say the only thing that has changed in my diet, has been these supplements.
