This one does. I wear it on my Jeans or work out pants under my shirt. It has flipped off twice while bending over but was still in tack. At work I walk around the office building and have checked the before and after on the times I have done it and the steps are within 100 steps of each other. Considering I don't always take exactly the same route I think this step counter is really good at recording your steps. We will see how long the plastic holds up for where I put it.
