It is the seller that is incorrect in stating they are for male/female. These boots are sized by women's sizes, which in turn, means they are smaller. They have no adjustment on the top to accommodate larger calfs.....so you must order larger if hoping to get into a men's size. Also, they will not refund the shipping charges. This gets expensive if trying to get the correct size. I would not order from horses.com.
