**Q: Can this unit process a 4k input (3860 x 2140)? I understand the output will be 1080p.**
A: It is not available. This unit get 2x2 video wall get one big picture the max. resolution is 1920x1080 @60Hz

**Q: is this one support "0 degree" with 3 or 4 monitors (normal scene. not rotation)?**
A: Hi there, this model will rotate 90 degree automatically when there are input source. If you don't need rotation for vertical display, you can buy our LM-TV04 for horizontal display.

**Q: What is the best tv size recommended for 4 tvs to get the best picture quality?  example if i use 4 50” tvs vertically would people look fat or normal**
A: 43'' 45'' 50'' All is ok.

**Q: We bought one of these in aug 2018.  it is not turning on.  we suspect it is the transformer/power supply cord.  can we buy that from you?**
A: It is the power cord.....I had to push mine in and put duct tape to hold it in place
