What are the Ingredients?** A: According to the label, the ingredients are : sugar, ginger, lemon juice, mixed spice, and citric acid...in that order. There are nice sized pieces of ginger, and the result is a delicious spread. I wouldn't be without it at my house. **Q: Im actually not looking for a spiced ginger preserves so i need to know what the mixed spices are. I want a plain ginger preserve** A: I don’t know what the ‘mixed spices’ are. Maybe a tiny bit of cinnamon. But, the overwhelming flavor is a good strong ginger.
