Review: Worked well when other products did not - I was skeptical when I first used this product a couple years ago but it actually relieved my cough symptoms pretty well by the time I had taken the second dose. I had a dry cough remaining after antibiotic treatment and other products didn’t really stop the coughing and throat irritation. After the Umcka cough syrup though I coughed far less and my throat felt substantially less raw and irritated. Once again I had a similar experience this past week with this product where by the time I took the second dose on day 1 I felt much better! It also tastes good which is not something I would say about most liquid medicines. This is definitely worth a try and is very effective, at least in my experience.
