I checked my settings and it stated that it will fully charge within the hour. Now, that's fast!!I love how it shows the flow of energy INTO your phone. The cable itself *looks* very nice. It charges right out of the box, and does a decent job of it. But it doesn't support fast charging. So anything you plug in, will take extra time to charge. If you need a cable to quickly charge your device(s), don't get this one. But the USB side is too long and does not fit properly or tightly in to any USB receptacle. Very poor fitment. Falls out. On the flip side the type c end that goes into the phone, cours so tight I thought I was going to break it.
