I grew up with my grandmother using this, and have continued her wisdom over the years. You will never fry a more delicious breaded cutlet than you'll get with this oil, MUCH MUCH more flavorful than vegetable oils and not as heavy as olive oil, and with a higher smoke point. It's even good as a substitute for butter in mashed potatoes - try it, you'll be amazed at the flavor this oil packs.
