One bonus: you won't hurt (much) the next day, as isometric exercises don't do the same damage to your muscle tissue as regular reps-based routines do. If you hate the repetitiveness of weight-based exercises and are looking for something a bit different and at an optimal point between time commitment and concentration of effort, I can't recommend the Activ5 enough. Finding it a very useful device to have, easy to use and the fact you have no need to step outside your door is perfect for those who do not have gym membership like me.
