It's wide enough to accommodate a regular-size keyboard with enough room for the mouse on the side. Mouse seems to travel real well on it. And the cushion is nice to have just in front/underneath the keyboard for your wrists to rest on. All in all a great value. The pad quality is good enough but I wouldn't say it is high quality. The major problem is the shipping method. The pad was only wrapped in a plastic bag and shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. One half of the pad is very wavy because it's rolled too tight. It’s large enough you can even get your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse side by side on it. It’s great. It does tend to roll up a bit but you can apply a bit of low heat (like steaming on an ironing board) and it will flatten out perfectly.
