Since I've used it ,I'm not saying I'm cured but my back feels so much better. Don't even know if I'm using it correctly.(I'm kinda sticking the balls in where I get pain,kneading the area for around 10 secs ,then releasing and apparently a surge of blood whooshes straight to the area,and aids the healing process. It sounds so simple and maybe it is because as I said previously,my back feels great. If you're unsure .....like I was.....take a punt.
