**Q: Can I use this in my power steering fluid to see if there is a leak in my power steering pump**
A: Funny you should ask, that's exactly what I used it for and it worked very well.

**Q: Is one oz enough for 4 quart of engine oil?**
A: Yes

**Q: Will this dye change the color of the brake fluid? Or keep the same color and only show in a black light?**
A: It is just my opinion that even though this product states total dye on the label it is best used in petroleum and mineral applications. I use coolant dye in brake and clutch fluids as they are all glycol based fluids.

**Q: Will the color be visible in water without a black light? Want to use for Science Fair dye project.**
A: clear water yes, but it will turn it yellow
