I am a chronic sinus infection sufferer. I do think that this makes a difference in my rinses. The issue that I have it that is it is very hard to dissolve and that is why I didn't give it 5 stars. It is time consuming to heat up distilled water and then add it to mix it and then add cold to do the rinse. Even when you try to do it that way it doesn't dissolve easily.
