Returned for refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by P***X on 20 March 2025* Works as the original. These things are easy to break if you push the handles down to hard or accidently drop it on the tile floor. We use the Ninjas at work and all of them have broken lids, from people not being "gentle" when closing. Had to buy this one as a replacement when the original handle mechanism broke when someone pushed it down to hard. I hate the safety design, where the lid has to be latched, before it will run. We have to hold down the lid on the other ninja, since to lock mechanism is broken, and will not latch down. Ninja made it too complicated, Just give me a simple lid. The price to replace the lid is 1/4 of the actual cost of the blender.
