The 3 stars is due to assembly, I had 2 of the main bolts missing which meant I could not finish building the bed, meaning I had to wait to receive the missing parts, meaning my daughter had to sleep in our bed as her old bed was dismantled. Also the main bolts which secured the ends to the main structure are very poor quality, I tightened them up by hand with the supplied alan key but 2 of the bolts rounded off half way in which made it a nightmare to build and added quite a bit of time on while I tried to slowly screw them in without making them any worse. I also tried using a cordless drill to tighten some of them with the same effect, so be careful when assembling. I contacted them about the missing bolts and to be fair I received them the next day free of charge, but would have preferred the correct parts to be included from the start. Please check and double check your parts before you start assembly, I did, but the parts list on the instructions are very poor photos which make it difficult to distinguish between the bolts, I ended up with 2 missing of one bolt and over by 4 on another, so very difficult to see if you have the right number. I built the bed on my own, but it is definitely a 2 man job, took me about 4 hours on my own, but a lot of that was due to the poor quality bolts slowing me down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bargain! *by V***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2017* Great bed for the price! I was a bit worried about putting it up as some reviews said it was difficult but the instructions are so self explanatory and I put it up on my own (didn’t want to wait for my boyfriend to help), in about 90mins.
