Each time I would get super frustrated, say I was gonna throw it in the trash.... and then after some time, I'd give it "one more" try after a few days. Guys, it's the drywall anchors that don't sit flush with the wall that are causing the shelf to sag! I finally hung it with the screws directly into/flush with the wall... perfect. Just that tiny bit the plastic protruding from the anchor causes a very slight lean in the bracket. When you put the shelf on the bracket, the weight exacerbates the issue and causes the shelf to sag off the wall. I did put a screw in each of the top holes of the bracket, and it's 10x sturdier than it's been the 3 prior times. I am now really happy with this shelf, and the price is unbeatable.
