She absolutely loved it. Even at 22 months she is able to get in and out on her own. Love the idea that it can be folded up and put away when she's tired of it. Unfortunately I have to return it as the seam is not sewn properly on one side. Heads up, it is huge! I got a pack of 200 balls and they didn't even cover the bottom. I am not sure I will re buy this style as it has the mesh sides on every other panel and I am afraid it may snag easily. She only played with it for about a week before I noticed the flaw and it held up great but I think I might try the smaller size anyways. Purchased large pit, probably should have stuck with the medium. However, quality is very good. Surprisingly durable for a self expanding plastic and mesh material. Sides actually stand up well. We put 800 of the phthalates free 6.5cm balls in it (at a cost of $160!) and it only filled the pit 1/4 of the way. You would have to double the quantity to make it a legitimate ball pit, so about 1,600 balls at 6.5cm size for the large pit. Overall a wonderful product, would recommend the medium size unless it's for a daycare (or multiple children) and you are able to justify spending $320 on balls.
