I had a little issue with the charging stem going directly into the port in one swoop without knowing if it’s scratching the case. But luckily I had no cosmetic issues except for the black case being a dust and debris magnet and I found myself trying to clean it a lot! The biggest con of them all is the heat it produces when charging it. Not even 15mins of charging the case is exceptionally hot and I felt uncomfortable leaving it there to fully charge! I eventually took the wireless charger off my AirPod case and haven’t used it since. The case would be hot, as well as the air pod case and the airpods themselves. I took it off the wireless charging case and put it back in, and i heard a clicking sound. Now its charging.
