I looked up when we purchased it and was bummed out after I realized that several months had passed, leaving us outside of the 30 day warranty/return period. I reached out to the seller asking them what I should do. Jess, from customer service, promptly responded and told me that, despite being months out of warranty, the seller would still stand by their product and ship me a new one, free of charge. The seller was under no obligation to do so yet stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service!! Very impressive!!! Review: Absolute GARBAGE! - It arrived, and with just 1 pull of the handle was BROKEN. The rod separated from the pump internally, like it was missing a retaining clip...
