The adjustable strap model supports A-cup silicone breast forms pretty well, but I’m not sure if either model would be supportive for anything much heavier than that. I think they are probably better for foam/cotton forms that are more lightweight. My only issue with these is that the forms tend to shift too close together in a way that looks unnatural, but that’s easy enough to fix with a little bit of sewing.
