Is it mineral oil or wheres the sds sheet?** A: You have to request the info. **Q: Would this be a good oil for regular application to blades alone to prevent rust?** A: Yes **Q: Can this oil be used on norton crystolin combination india stones or dan whetstones?** A: I have not used either of those stones. But I use six different stones. And four diamond impregnated ones. I use it on all. I've found this product creates much less mess. It wipes away easily. Where oil leaves a film. Also, it is consistently producing a great result. I think as long as you preferred media is not absorbent. It will do a good job. **Q: So this stuff would be good for a jade stone sharpening/honing stone?** A: Jade is soft so be careful when applying pressure. Is light and supports to sharpen while spreading the slur collected. Great product although price is around 3-4 USD only in USA but in India is charged a premium. But thanks to amazon that such products which are neither made or easily available in shops or online in India are available now. The 5 star rating is for the product. The seller will great 1 or 2 star only for escalating the price so much.
