Review: Would recommend a different hearing aid - Got this for a family member who is suffering from mild hearing loss. While the hearing aids were comfortable and could be worn for long periods of time, the actual function of helping amplify sounds and working as a hearing aid seemed to be average at best while producing a lot of harsher, high pitched sounds. The touch buttons did not work well and there was a very big learning curve in trying to get these buds to work in the first place. While the charging case was a nice touch, I would overall recommend a different hearing aid for anyone looking for one

Got this for a family member who is suffering from mild hearing loss. While the hearing aids were comfortable and could be worn for long periods of time, the actual function of helping amplify sounds and working as a hearing aid seemed to be average at best while producing a lot of harsher, high pitched sounds. The touch buttons did not work well and there was a very big learning curve in trying to get these buds to work in the first place. While the charging case was a nice touch, I would overall recommend a different hearing aid for anyone looking for one

Not a good experience. Product didn’t work the second day I received them. Call the number for Nano’s help which is in the user guide, and that doesn’t work either. Returned to Amazon and bought another brand.
