We have been using the two together for some time now with no problems. **Q: I ordered the dyson high torque head for the v11 but received a dyson head that does not say high torque. is this the wrong product?** A: Ours doesn't say "High Torque" as well, also wasn't sure about it. Looking at different models of Dyson motor heads, "High Torque" is the only model with red switch at the front. It cost me another $58.00 to return the item via post. Not sure why would I/the buyer have to pay for the return postage when a faulty item provided. The local Dyson service Center also advised that there is no warranty or service available for any Dyson item or parts purchase through Amazon.
