Its very dry powder which I love. No clumps and mixes very well. The flavor is great too, its not overpowering and doesn't taste like that fake vanilla flavor most of the others have. It goes well with pretty much any fruit or milk variations that you would use. I love this with almond milk, frozen apples, frozen bananas, a scoop of peanut butter, a tablespoon of honey, and a squirt of maple syrup.
