The chairs arrived on time. I like that they were both packaged in the same box. They were super easy to get out, I just turned the box on its side and they slid right out. I am very tiny and I have balance and back problems but still they were just that easy. They were both completely put together with nothing for me to do except for remove them from the plastic protector bags and then open them which I liked a whole whole lot! They opened and set up very very easily. The locking mechanism works perfectly. They go from sitting up like a regular chair that I can pull up to the patio table to reclining either all the way or just a bit or as much as I want just by easily pushing on the back of the chair while holding onto the handles on the sides. For me, the whole chair is wonderful but the best part is of the lumbar support cushion! It makes a world of difference! I’m even thinking of buying some separately for my regular sitting up chairs. I much prefer being outside to being inside so in the evening I often put one of the regular chair cushions onto this chair, put the lumbar support on top of that, throw a blanket over me, and enjoy the outside while being very comfortable. During the times that my body is feeling better I have no need of the cushion and it is still very very comfortable. Considering how inexpensive these were I just cannot see how anyone could possibly go wrong getting these! The one that I am using I put up-and-down many times a day depending on what I am doing and then I have one that is locked in the sitting up position and it is pushed up to my patio table. If you’re considering getting one of the more expensive ones, don’t!
