If we have symptoms of illness, at least double that... if not triple. Fortunately, Forest Leaf offers this tiny capsule that packs that much D3! I also learned that there's no real "cold & flu season", although winter is generally regarded as such. Why? Because we're not outdoors: and when we are, we're usually bundled up, not allowing our skin to absorb sunlight for Vitamin D production. While it's easier for fair-skinned people to convert sunlight to Vitamin D, darker skin doesn't do so efficiently. That's why supplementation is so important!
