The short answer is no. This adapter does not support LACP, or link aggregation. The ability to "turn on" LACP is done at the os level, but the hardware still needs to support 802.3ad. This one does not have that hardware ability. I tried, and only later found it did not support it. **Q: Will this work on an Android Tablet with one micro usb port?** A: Yes but you'll be limited to 1.0 speed **Q: Does it support Proxmox out of the box?** A: Yes **Q: can i use this to plug in desktop and use 2nd ethernet port for ps4 console alongside pc ethernet ports?** A: That would take some time to configure.
