We recently discovered another reason to buy this coffee. A couple of months ago, we didn't have enough regular coffee to make a pot. So, I added some of the Vietnamese coffee. It actually made the drip coffee smoother and more flavorful. Now we are using half Vietnamese and half Columbian, French, et al (bringing the world together) to our drip. It's not quite the same as what you get in Vietnam, but it's a really good compromise and it smells absolutely gorgeous. I typically use it with a Vietnamese drip filter, but I've also used it in a French press too. Either way works well, but for some reason, the drip filter just tastes that bit better. Works beautifully with condensed milk.
