The hardest part was getting the stock filter out. The big question is: why automotive manufacturers don't design and install air intake systems with this kind of performance instead of an aftermarket company having to do it.My jeep runs much better although I have yet to see the added MPG benefit. I'm sure this can be attributed to the added horsepower making it impossible not to pounce on the accelerator every chance you get. If like many Cherokee owners, you love your vehicle and want it to last - this is a great modification for your engine. More power some fuel savings I can actually see it if I keep my foot out. More power due to more air intake. We test our rigs here going up from 3200 ft to 4500 ft grade that's five miles long.
