It has been on my duty belt (city police) for about two years of near daily use. A few things to note, which have been mentioned a few times in other reviews, The side access is hit and miss, more often that not if you try to take out your gloves through it you will end up pulling out 10 gloves. And the access zipper on top is supposed to be jam free, in my experience, if you load it up to the top it will jam anyway when you try to zip it close. It is nice to have lot of gloves on you which the size of it was the big redeeming factor for me, and fits pretty snug on a duty belt, and I like the MOLLE adjust-ability.These problems can be worked round, like if you pre-stage one set of gloves under the side flap access to be ready to pull out, and don't overload the pouch so it wont jam. But if you are like me, who just wants to shove them in and go, its annoying to have a non-functional side access, and a jamming zipper. I finally have to retire this pouch since the zipper gave out and does not close anymore. So I will be trying something else.Overall I can't complain too much, best thing about it is it actually lasts a whole shift, if you are a busy city cop you will go through 10 pairs a day this holds that well, and comfortably flat for the size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holds 16 (8 pair) gloves *by C***P on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2019* Before buying this I read reviews wanting to know how many gloves it holds. No where was I able to find it spelled out how many gloves fit. People say like six pair or so but no definitive numbers. I just put 16 (8 Pair) of Size Lg, 6Mil Nitrile gloves into this pouch. I have tried several of these pouches with the elastic quick access front. None of them including this one work. I used to keep gloves in a zip log bag, but the gloves would usually get damaged by the tip of a screw driver. This pouch is a fantastic way to carry disposable gloves. It is a very well designed pouch. Hangs on the side of the bag, has an inner sleeve to prevent the zipper from catching on the gloves when you zip it up. Appears to be very well made an rugged. The double elastic used for dispensing is very strong and thus far has not stretched out.
