Review: Great Vacuum Sealer - Finally, a vacuum sealer that works, is simple to use and doesn't cost a fortune! I have tried three or four different vacuum sealers and none of them worked and had to be returned, so I didn't have high hopes when I ordered this one, but I've used it several times now and it's been such a great purchase! It's easy to use and actually works (all the other ones I tried didn't remove any air or didn't make a complete seal of the bag). We're a household of two, so we often have leftovers I like to freeze and this is perfect for that. The refill bags are easy to use and you can cut them to any size you need, so that's another nice money saving feature. This is also perfect for puchasing items in bulk (it's been great with chicken breast and cuts of meat) to portion them into smaller quantities and prevent freezer burn. The sealer is very straight forward, easy to clean and stores easily in a regular drawer. If you're looking for a vacuum sealer that works great and won't break the bank, this is it!

**Q: What is the difference between "Vac & Seal" and "Pulse Vac "functions?**
A: For dry foods, it is recommended to use the "Vac & Seal" function. Vacuum Sealing foods with liquids, soft, fragile, or easily deformed foods, "Pulse Vac" function is suggested.

**Q: Why is my vacuum sealer not creating a proper vacuum?**
A: The reason is that the vacuum bag opening is not completely placed in the vacuum chamber, and the air in the vacuum bag cannot be pumped out. Please place the vacuum bag opening correctly.

**Q: How to use Pulse Vac function ?**
A: Press and hold the "Pulse Vac" button until the desired vacuum level is reached, then release the button, machine will automatically seal. If the liquid is drawn out of the bag, press the “Seal” button again after the automatic sealing is finished.

**Q: Why is the machine not sealing successful?**
A: When using the "Seal "function, wait for the "Seal "indicator light to turn off after the sound of the vacuum pump stops before opening the lid.

I'm really surprised, I've never used a sealer before, thought they were just another gimmick, but this inexpensive vacuum sealer works great! I took advantage of a local meat sale, and had to freeze lots of steaks. I took a chance after reading the reviews and took the plunge. I just now sealed up ribeye and NY strips, plus lots 'o chicken thighs, All in the freezer in 30 minutes. This is well constructed, easy to operate, even has cord storage. Bags are cheap. There ya go. I was so impressed, this is my 1st review.
