Review: US version not UK, seller not telling you that though - iI was so excited to receive this book. As it happens my excitement was short lived. I bought this book from Hope Book Store on desertcart. I will never ever buy off them again. This is the US version with the UK version called Couture Wedding Cakes. I'm left with a cook book with measurements in cups, sticks of butter and oz. As a baker, I am so disapointed that I'm now going to have find a conversion table and have to write them all on this book and scribble all over it. Completely going to have my book ruined. The seller Hope Book Store failed to mention in description that is was US version. Blaming desertcart in the email. They were very unsympathetic and not very bothered. Book itself looks so informative, I'm pretty peeved now. I've more for doing with my time.
