I tested all my cells and found that they where out of balance 1/2 of them where 3.8V and the 1/2 where 4V so I charged each set of 4p cells to 4.1v and then finished charging the back to 54.6 v throw the BMS. I am runing it now on my ebike win it gets down and needs charged I will test all the cells backe and see where they are and then if there all the same I will recharge it and see what happens.
