Thought the light does not use 2000 watts of power the light emitted is the equivalent of a 2000 watt light. I have bought two of these lights so far for an indoor grow operation. I have found by comparing this TSW 2000 with some other lights I have tried that this light well outshines (forgive the pun) one of my other lights that claims to be a 2000 watt light. Watts can get confusing, try looking at lumens as a measure of the brightness of the light. The more the better. **Q: 4'x4' for only lights, better use ts3000w or two tsl2000w to cover entire area with 900 umol?** A: Personally I use TWO TSW-2000 panels in each of my 4x8x7' grow tents. Each light covers a good 4x4' area @ ~16" above canopy. You can get two TS-3000 and that would be the ultimate setup though for a 4x8 tent. Two of those would give you full coverage all over! **Q: For a shelf 2 feet wide x 4 feet long, how may tsl2000 (2 x 4) lights do i need for veggie seedlings growing across the whole length & width of shelf?** A: You should only need 1... this light easily covers a 2'x 4' area @ 24"- 36" above the shelf. **Q: Can i get the actual physical dimensions of the overall light fixture?
