A: Have you split the body and tried fitting it to another manufacturers fitting? If you you this may be the reason it is leaking. You have to exchange the complete pump.

**Q: Hi is this pump turn off on automatic when you open and close tap?**
A: No. This is operated by switching on only.
You may need a trident booster pump which switches on when water flow is detected.
