His 1st physical therapist had him purchase a brace that pushed on his dislocated shoulder blade. The pain was intolerable for him. His next physical therapist had him get this brace. While still uncomfortable due to the spinal fracture, he can wear this brace so he can continue his therapy. It is much softer and more comfortable.
