The deep v is nice for wear under v-neck, or low cut tops and the gel shaping keep the bra nicely in place and creates a nice shape and silhouette. I am a 36 C so I find myself between a large and a medium and I found the size chart to be an accurate guide. I own both sizes and I am able to comfortably wear both sizes but the large offers a little bit more space in the cup. The straps are adjustable and comfortable on the shoulders. I really love the wider sides and the look is smooth and invisible under snug fit tops. For me, the the bra provides more of an athletic body look and provides enough lift and support. The bra is really nice quality and has held up to washes well. The hooks in the back are sturdy and the fabric itself is buttery soft on the skin.
