I have to walk 3 miles a day so I was looking for something comfortable, stylish yet functional bag. This bag got a lot of pockets and stable board for the laptop. And also very thick padded shoulder belts that it doesn’t hurt my shoulders even though I walk so long. I’m so happy with this bag!However if I had side pockets that I can contain a water bottle, that would be SUPER awesome but I’m satisfied with or without the side pockets. :) ### ⭐ Buyer beware: Doesn’t hold up to time/wear *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2018* This is a really attractive and well-crafted bag. I’ve been using it one week so far, and I have only a few complaints:1. Some of the zippers are a bit hard to slide, including the main pouch one. This is a bit frustrating; I’m hoping it will get better with use but I’m not sure.2. The opening of the bag is a little tight— I wish the zipper went further down in the sides to help with this. With all the interior pockets, it can be hard to get binders/notebooks to go into the right spot (and a wider opening would help with this)3. The mesh water bottle pouch (that pulls out of a hidden side zipper pocket) is a cool idea, but is really small and shallow — it doesn’t fit my s’well bottle (it would likely only fit a small plastic bottle of water, and not a reusable water bottle or thermos)4. There is a card that comes in the package advertising a free gift via a QR code, but the link it re-directs to is broken. I didn’t buy the backpack expecting a free gift, but it is disappointing to be “teased” with one that I can’t collect!UPDATE:- approximately 6 months after purchasing this bag, the zipper has broken, as have most of the Velcro pocket closures.- the shoulder straps have started to rip apart from the bag itself. I had to see it back together.- I also never received the “free gift with purchase” they advertised. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Adequate pack, needs tweaking to be a "good" pack *by D***K on Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2019* This is a pretty decent pack. It has some issues. That mesh bottle pouch is worthless, and it's a major reason I bought it. So my bottle is now stuck INSIDE the pack with no quick access. That was almost a deal breaker, I don't want to have to stop to open my pack every time I'm thirsty.It's well made but falls short. The interior pockets need a button/snap/velcro to keep them from sagging open and blocking the main compartment area. The entire interior becomes a mess of sagging open pockets. That mesh bag is worse than useless, it doesn't work to hold a bottle and now it wastes space in the pocket it stores in. I end up not using that pocket because the mesh traps/snags items. You screwed that up badly, Topwolf.Otherwise it's a generic and ok backpack. The straps are ok. Needs more small pockets.I wouldn't buy this again knowing the bottle pouch is worthless, losing the ability to carry water outside the pack is a HUGE penalty and not something I enjoy having to deal with when using the pack. At this point I'm considering cutting a hole in the pack for a Camelback or something, that would be easier than having to stop, unstrap, unzip, dig for the bottle, take a drink, fight the sagging interior pockets to put the bottle back in the main storage area, zip up, and redo the straps. That's ridiculous to have to every few minutes.
