After install you will have to adjust them and then retighten to get them in the correct position. They dont swivel too well. You have to loosen and then retighten. But the mirrors will stay in place pretty well. They look great, but let's be honest, they are small and not the most effective. You will have to get used to them. Very small and my eyes are not that great anymore. Just check twice. Before you switch lanes.
