Just being upfront with that, and I assume that's why we're all here. The nozzle is smooth and easy to insert into a tight hole lined with sensitive and unlubricated skin. The entire kit is pretty easy to clean - for the bulb itself, if it ever gets truly dirty, or you're just concerned about germs, just fill it up with hot water and empty it a couple of times, and then fill it with diluted bleach and hot water and let it soak.
