It is so simple. Just plug it in, and it works perfectly and quickly for importing CDs into my iTunes and for burning playlists onto blank CDs. I haven’t tried it for DVDs yet. I thought the price was excellent. There is no problem in inserting or ejecting the CD, I just hit the eject button on the iMac menu bar, and it the CD tray pops open.
