Compact and easy to use, it’s a trusted choice with a strong customer rating, ideal for professional-quality DIY maintenance. ## Description Effective gel formulation for the removal of cured acrylic and silicone sealant residue. Works on a range of non-porous surfaces. Review: I am happy to recommend this product. - I got this to remove old silicone sealant in my shower cubicle. I had seen a video about how to redo sealant and this product was recommended - the guy said that he had tried loads of different ones and that he found this one the best by far. I am very happy with the ease of use, lack of nasty smell and results. You apply with the brush that is attached to the inside of the lid - it is like a thin gel consistency. I left it in place for about 30 minutes and it had dried and you could see that the silicone edges had gone all wavy, pulling away from the surfaces. I was able to use a tool and scrape away the old silicone. I had to revisit two places, with the No Nonsense and then it was all gone, leaving a good finish for the new silicone sealant. You get 100mls in a white plastic bottle and although it does not seem much for Β£9.99, there is loads more left in the bottle, for other times. I am happy to recommend this product. Only better in Screwfix if you can pick up or do a larger order where free delivery applies. **Q: Will this work on a upvc door & frame without damaging or marking the upvc? ?** A: I cannot see a problem using it on your pvc windows and frames. I used it round the top of my acrylic bath and dropped some of the stuff in the bath. No staining also used on a pvc/glass shower screen no problem at all. No staining. Great stuff to use. **Q: Does this product have a use by date, or does it last until you need it?** A: As long as it is capped after use it will be fine **Q: Can I use on fibreglass bath** A: Yes, it works just fine. just be careful not to scratch the bath when scraping it off. I used a plastic scraper. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am happy to recommend this product. *by W***G on 5 November 2023* I got this to remove old silicone sealant in my shower cubicle. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Bought this product on a recommendation through a YouTube video and very glad I did. Remove as much silicone as you can by cutting/scraping then apply this product and leave for 30 mins. The remaining awkward bits and residue come away with ease leaving a clean surface to apply your new silicone. ## Frequently Bought Together - No Nonsense Silicone Sealant Remover 100ml - Unibond Sealant Finishing Tool, Effective Sealant Tool for a Smooth & Professional Finish, Sealant Smoother for All Sealants, Silicone Sealant Tool for Wall & Floor Applications - ProDec MG11ES Extra Strong Skeleton Caulking Gun, Sealants, Silicones, Adhesives - Professional Heavy Duty Applicator Suitable for High Viscosity Products,Red,400ml and 310ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pl/products/72247009-no-nonsense-silicone-sealant-remover-100ml](https://www.desertcart.pl/products/72247009-no-nonsense-silicone-sealant-remover-100ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart Poland* *Store origin: PL* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
