**Q: Does it taste similar to a regular plain pancake? I have a picky one at home**
A: I think so.  I like this flavor because it provides so much protein.  There are other flavors also but I think you will have to taste test on your child.  Also if you make your pancakes from scratch it might be closer to the flavor.

**Q: I'm confused. if i order a 3 pack of protein pancake mix, i get charged $8 more than if i bought them seperately? how does that work?**
A: The 3-pack are 16 Oz

**Q: is this paleo approved?**
A: No but there is a paleo Birch benders

**Q: Ok to Use non-fat milk instead of water?**
A: I have never used anything but water but I think the milk would be ok, it is a matter of preference.

A friend brought these pancakes on a camping trip and cooked them up on a cast iron skillet with blueberries. Hands down the best pancakes I'd ever had, and he didn't tell me they were protein pancakes until after I gushed. Now they're the only pancakes I cook at home. I use a touch more water than indicated and plenty of oil in the skillet, since I like them thin and crispy. Since they do provide a complete protein, they also give all-day energy instead of a post-meal crash.
