The flavor is great - I really like the addition of the chicory, which reminds me somewhat of cinnamon. In contrast, with Grady's cold brew (the pouches of coffee are larger), two pouches in 32 ounces of water (or 24 ounces with 8 ounces added after the fact) results in 32 ounces of fluid that is used as a concentrate. The resulting brewed concentrate is designed to then be doubled with milk and/or water, so you'll get 64 ounces of coffee out of that 32 ounces of concentrate. And even after the dilution, the coffee still has richness and depth. So 1 can makes 40oz? easily 10oz with creamer is one serving, so that's 4 servings per can yes? thats about $4 per, way$$$$** A: 1 can (4 brew bags) makes 4-32oz bottles of strong black coffee for me, here's how, I put one brew bag in a Quart zipper baggie, then I pour water into 3/4 of the baggie ( I let baggie sit in a plastic bucket overnight in case the bag leaks) next day I pour it in a 32 oz glass bottle, then I REUSE the same bag & It makes a weaker coffee the second cold brewing BUT I take that & add it into the already 3/4 quart I made of strong black brewed that's in my 32 oz glass bottle (I do have some left over of the second time bag brew) I make 32oz+ each bag this way & it's Strong coffee. I still have to add milk or water & Creamer! It's a huge $ saver for me. I used to spend $3.50 for 1 D&D now I make my own & I get 6 -7 cups for about the same price as 1 of D&D's and I control the water, I filter mine & I use organic milk & Creamer so it's healthier ( I can also just add water or milk to the 1st cold brew in a 32oz bottle & skip the reuse bag 2nd cold brewing) I like my coffee strong & black so that's why I reuse each brew bag.
