This is my favorite plastic vacuum seal lid for wide-mouth mason jars, due to the silicone gasket that is better than other gaskets I have tested. The plastic dome sits higher than most vacuum lids that sink into the jar and take up some space. Furthermore the silicone plug system is easy to clean should you suck food or liquid thru it.
