I think it is too big/heavy with the TiVo to reliably stick to the TV. I tried this with a much smaller and lighter Roku once and the heat from the TV made the adhesive not stick and it fell off. **Q: Can this be mounted horizontally?** A: Mine is not mounted that way, but I don't see why it couldn't be mounted horizontally. There is a lip on the one side that would stop the TiVo from slipping out in the horizontal position. Note that the wiring would then come out the top of the TiVo's position in the horizontal position and the indicator lights on the front would then be facing downward. This might make them more difficult to see when you need to troubleshoot, but not a huge deal when everything is working right. **Q: Does it come with adhesive to mount to back of tv?** A: No it does not, we provide the screws needed to either wall mount or VESA mount. **Q: Can it be used to record things from my digital antenna** A: No. There is a Tivo model that fits this mount that can record off of your antenna! There is no locking mechanism, so it fits loosely around the Tivo, but since it's meant to sit securely I guess it's not a problem. Still, I installed it along with an extra bit of security to prevent it from slipping out accidentally. Being as the Tivo remote is RF it shouldn't be a problem for it to be out of sight, though I have experienced some remote command lags since installing it directly behind the TV set. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars $$$$ *by S***4 on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2017* Its very expensive for what it is.
